Where to find cavatelli in or around Seattle, WA?

This is on behalf of a group of friends. They say that cavatelli is nowhere to be found in Seattle. I am hoping the internets can prove them wrong. They preferably want a to buy it fresh and cook it themselves, but failing that, some restaurant(s) would do.

Try DeLaurenti Specialty Food & Wine at Pike Place Market.

After Googling I found this: Braised Veal Cheeks with Cavatelli Pasta at Union Restaurant.

You might also try Bella Cosa Foods in Wallingford. I don't know for sure if they have it, but they are the kind of place that might.

I would also suggest going to the many farmer's markets around Seattle. I know I've seen cavatelli on sale before at the University Farmer's Market. I don't know if you can still find it there, but there are always people selling fresh pasta. Try the website if you want to find one in or near your neighborhood...no guarantees they'll have the cavatelli, but there's a distinct possibility.

My family in western Pennsylvania gets their cavatelli from the local (Catholic) church where the nuns make it to raise funds for the church. May be worthwhile to call around. Cavatelli are not that hard to make in a pinch. Good luck!
