Free hosted wiki with export?

What's the best free hosted wiki service that will let you export your wiki?

I want to start a community wiki that may go nowhere (hence the low initial investment), but I want to be able to pick up and move somewhere else if needed. Recommendations?

I've been really pleased with Wikispaces. They're constantly adding new features, and their "backup space" functionality is pretty straightforward.
