Cute little tea shop?

I'm looking for a store in mid to lower manhattan or queens (accesible by subway) that sells nice, pretty packaged tea.

I'm particularly looking for chai teas, but a good variety of all tea would be great! I'd love to hear about some little not so commercial place (in other words, not interested in some huge expensive dean and deluca-esque store). Thanks!

Not sure if they have chai, but Ten Ren in Chinatown might work.

Freeze Peach in Astoria has special blends that they create themselves. I don't know how pretty their packaging is, but you will definitely find unique flavors (not listed on the menu online), and they also have chai. A block or two off the N/R line.
