With the vast array of disturbing and illegal sexual acts in the world, I'm sure you could. Though I think "Valentine's gift for someone who doesn't like chocolate..." implies an unwritten "or goats".

If the person in question is a bonafide geek, a decent Flash drive would be great. Especially if you've pre-loaded it with alluring pictures of yourself. Depending on their personality, maybe something more poignant and less sexy would be appropriate. Perhaps create them a special compilation album of songs you've shared in MP3 or AAC format. (Love means never having to say "I'm sorry about the DRM.")

I'm not sure where they came from (FTD?), but a friend sent me this basket of flowers as a thank-you late last year and I thought they were beautiful without tarnishing my masculine Web Designer patina.

IOUs for footrubs or noxious household tasks, one day "vacations" to the local fun place that is just out of your usual price range, inscribed books by favorite authors, great smelling bath stuff, a replacement X or Y for the worn out X or Y they haven't gotten rid of yet, a long letter telling them just how much they mean to you [sent through the mail to indicate actual forethought], fresh fruit from someplace where it's in season, breakfast in bed, anything home made is usually a winner. In general, something that shows you were thinking fondly of them specifically and not just fulfilling the gift obligation is usually appreciated. On my planet it's nice to get a surprise, pretty much no matter what the actual gift is.
