Who's stealing my bandwidth

How do I track where my bandwidth is going. I've got 2 computers set up on a wireless network. With DU Meter installed. One of the computers is showing a significant increase on D/L and U/L traffic over the other. I want to track where the traffic is coming from on the bad computer ie it's connecting to www.zombiecomputer.com.

Ummmm, this isn't an obvious issue; you need to describe a lot more about your computers and network. For example, what operating systems do they run? Is the computer with more traffic running any services or net-connected apps on it, such as bittorrent, AIM, or whatever? Are they both connected at the same speed (i.e., both at 802.11g, both using a similar kind of card)?

type netstat -a at your command prompt, that will show you all your open connections.

TCPview is a nicer graphical version of this. You can download it here.

Ethereal is pretty handy for situations like this
