Is there an affordable plunger-style soft-boiled egg topper?

I see the scissor-style, which never gives me good results, and I see for $40+ a plunger-style egg top cutter. There must be a cheaper spring or weight actuated cutter for a more reasonable price... To keep the cost down, I ought to be able to walk into a store in the US and buy it.

If you're looking at the Zyliss egg topper, by the way, it does go for $13.99 in various stores.

Having used "the Clack" topper that scallion points out, I can vouch for its effectiveness, though I don't have anything to compare it to.
