Auto update my pics, iPod!

ipodsoftwarefilter: Is there any way for my ipod to automatically update my latest photos?
I take a lot of pictures and I would like it if somehow my ipod would sync, say my latest 100 pictures onto my ipod.
Anyone know any way of doing this, whether it's within iTunes or with some different software?
