ID This song? Sample from Airplane

Song ID: "Surely you can't be serious" sample

There's a song I used to hear on the local modern rock station (Live 105, San Francisco) about 15 or so years ago that I've tried and tried to ID. All I can remember is the beginning where they used a sample from "Airplane!" with the lines:
"Surely you can't be serious"
"Surely you can't be serious"
"I am serious. And stop calling me Shirley"

Then it went straight into the song... Any help? Thanks!

It's by Ehab and it's called Shirley You Can't Be Serious.
