Looking for a commercial

Looking for a Bell Canada commercial from a few years back.

A few years ago Bell Canada came out with an ad around Remembrance Day that featured a young man traveling in France. He calls his Grandpa, who asks the young man how paris is. Young man then tells grandpa he's actually in Dieppe and calling to say thanks.

I love this commercial (as emotionally manipulative as it is, it works for me) and have been searching for a clip of it online. I have come up with nothing, and thought I would see if anyone here knew of one.

Can't seem to find it online, but while searching I found a horrible, horrible MySpace page which had some kind of lame list about "You know you're Canadian when..." and this entry was eerily similar to your question:

You are moved to tears by those Bell Canada phone commercials they show around Remembrance Day, where the grandson calls his granddad from Dieppe. You understand the manipulative nature of the advertisement, but continue to be moved, nonetheless.

Response by poster: Heh, thanks for trying chococat. At least now I know I can still retain my citizenship, lol.

Damn, I just spent way too long looking. (I like a challenge.) I can't find it anywhere, though I did see lots of (mostly negative) mentions, including the Dieppe Wikipedia page.

I did find the infinite picture-frame one though. (Also on Youtube.)

The infinite picture frame was damn cool. Cossette did a great job on that.

I hate the goddamn beavers, though. Make of that what you will.
