Add Live Search Bar

When I launch IE7 a small window appears above the browser window asking if I want to Add Live Searh Bar. I do add it. But every time I start IE7 it asks that question again. And if I click for it to add the search bar I get the message that I have already added it. How do I get rid of that question every time I start IE7.

You have to be logged in as administrator for the installation to succeed.

I am the administrator and sole user of the computer.

You may be sole user, but you might not be administrator. The default account on XP doesn't necessarily have full administrator privileges.
