Eat dimsum and get a haircut in Toronto

What's a good place for dim sum and haircuts in Toronto?
I will be visiting Toronto soon and want to have some good dim sum, with pushcarts and everything! I did check out this question, but didn't find any specific recommendations.
Also, can anyone recommend places in Toronto that know how to cut Asian (men's) hair?

if you go to the downtown chinatown in toronto (spadina between queen and college, roughly) maybe half a dozen places that serve pushcart dim sum. As well as maybe 20 different chinese or vietnamese run places to get your hair cut. They have signboards all over the street. You'll get your hair cut for $5-8.

Rol San is amongst my favourite dim sum spots downtown, but they don't have carts. Bright Pearl, across the street, is not as good, but they do have carts.

That place -- whose name totally escapes me -- that's on the top floor of that mall around Dundas and Spadina has pushcarts and is delicious. You walk south on Spadina, and then enter and go up this big glass-surrounded spiral staircase thing, and the restaurant is at the top.

Downtown Chinatown:
Rainbow Seafood on Dundas, just west of Spadina. No pushcarts. Yummy.
Forestview on Dundas, east of Spadina. Small lionheads out front, go up the stairs. Pushcarts. Old-school 70s decor. Kinda awesome in its retroness.
For a treat: At Pacific Mall as Phoenix says, try also City Inn (next to the padoga in the centre of the mall. Really.) Upscale dim-sum, with different choices (lobster dumplings etc.) About $25/person. Worth the drive to Markham for crazy all-Chinese Pacific Mall. Many hair-cut places there too.
BTW - no pushcarts means that the food is made fresh to order instead of going around the restaurant several times getting cold or being re-steamed from earlier/the day before
Lots of cheap haircut places in Chinatown, but if you are looking for a better cut for Asian hair, try Elite Image 760 Queen Street West. Phone: (416) 348-0498
Linda - owner, $45 Cdn Kim - stylist (Mine!) $35
(uh, prices for women, men probably cheaper...)
Mmmm. Now I want dim sum....

Rol San on Spadina is good and it's cheap -- and if you're out late, it's the perfect place to stop for a midnight snack before stumbling home to bed.
If you're in the 'burbs and visiting Pacific Mall, I'd also recommend Golden Regency on the second floor.
