What is the best eBay auction management software?

I recently started an eBay consignment business, real small, just me.

What would be the best auction management software? I have looked around, and downloaded a few, but I can't find anything thats not crap.

Suggestions hive mind?

If you are using a Mac I hear good things about iSale
though I haven't used it personally.

My mom and her friends use Auctiva and they all swear by it. However, my mom and her friends are novices when it comes to computers, and I haven't used or even looked at the software in action, if it is indeed software and not just a web app.

Apparently it only works with Firefox 2.0 or that other new browser, what's it called?

There's a comparison chart on the excellent auctionbytes website.

IMHO, eBay Seller's Assistant Pro (now Blackthorne Pro) is the best solution for a small/medium consignment business.

However, patience is required, Blackthorne is non-intuitive, clunky, .Net Framework and Access based.

The Blackthorne user community on eBay is useful.
