Man making sheep noises with delicate musical accompaniment. What is it?

I was watching this on YouTube, and there's a clip at the end (starting at about 8:48) featuring a well-dressed man bleating like a sheep, accompanied by a small string section. This is obviously an excerpt from something else, but there's no indication of what it's from. Does anyone in MeFi land recognize it? I have no idea how to even begin searching for this...

I recognise it, in that I saw it on this (Australian) TV show a few months ago. If no immediate answer appears here, you can try contacting the show. I have friends who've had similar questions answered using the "contact us" page I've linked to.
