Question: Trying to Cross-Reference Outlook

Any recommendations for Outlook Add-ons to assist with cross referencing email?

My boss is looking for something that will link related messages: sent, received, archived, etc. I think something like a smart foder in OS X mail.app would be great, but we're limited to XP.

I turned her on to Lookout, which she really likes. In fact, search has completely changed the way she uses Outlook. However, she would like to be able to see all the related traffic on a given conversation, some of which span subjects/senders/years.

I found <a href=http://www.caelo.com/" ">Nelson Email Organizer, which looks like a possibility. Google Desktop is not an option, either due to IT dept. constraints.

Thanks!
