Seeking physical therapist

Need recommendations for a great physical therapist in NYC that is good with hips. I have significant arthritis, despite a preventative major surgery (ganz osteotomy) last year I am "looking forward" to a hip replacement within the next 5 to 10 years. I am 33 and dance in a troupe. Having major trouble finding good therapy and massage that falls within my Aetna hmo. Don't worry about the insurance, I will check that out. Just give me recommendations, pls.

West Side Physical Therapy is extremely good. Some of their clients are professional ballet dancers and professinal athletes---I highly recommend them.
