Children's Christmas Story

I need a version of the Christmas story that is simple enough for children to understand in a story format rather than reading scripture. An online version would be nice!

There must be hundreds of these. Have you tried searching with Google using search terms like "christmas story"+children's? Or "children's bible stories"? Using those terms, these are some of the first results that came up for me:

I would guess your local children's library will have lots of nice picture books on this to choose from, as well.

Check out 'The Best Christmas Pageant, Ever' video. A movie, and probably longer than what you are looking for... but highly entertaining and quite educational.
