Help me remember this quote!

What comedian/movie/tv show/book is this quote about the phrase "no worries" from?

Paraphrased it goes something like this:

I don't say "no worries" because it implies that there's no worries anywhere in the world. That's simply not true.

Google is failing me because I think my memory mangled some parts of the quote. Bonus points if you can quote it properly. Thanks!

Perhaps it's from "The Last Continent" by Terry Pratchett?

It's just a generic Australian term of reassurance, popularized in the US by Crocodile Dundee long before Lion King.

Response by poster: I don't think I was clear enough. The quote I'm looking for the origin on is the one I said behind the cut:

"I don't say 'no worries' because it implies that there's no worries anywhere in the world. That's simply not true."

I know the origin of "no worries", looking for the quote above. Thanks

Bill Bryson's In A Sunburned Country might be the source. I don't have the book with me but I remember he comments on Australia's fondness for the quote.
