Who's the biggest queen of them all?

Looking for a song a friend heard played at a club this time last year. The only thing he remembers about it is a lyric something like "Mirror mirror on the wall, who's the biggest QUEEN of them all?!" Anyone recognize it? Thanks in advance.

Found this reference using Google:

That name probably doesn’t sound familiar because he used to go under the name of Magic Dog and had a smash club hit out back in 1999 called “Mirror Mirror”. The catch phrase of this NY tribal slammer was…”Mirror Mirror on the wall, Who’s the biggest Queen of them all… You Are BITCH!”
