Why are my individual Blogger posts using a different template?

[BloggerFilter] My individual blog posts are not reflecting the template used at index.html file.

As you can see, the individual post doesn't feature the Haloscan comments link or the social bookmarking stuff. It looks like the same DIV is being used for both, but I can't figure out why it's changing. Any advice, Blogger/CSS geniuses?

A possible hint: this all started when I attempted to switch to WordPress and had it munge up my site.

Are you republishing the entire blog after you make changes?

By the by, Kevin - I hate your rotated images. I suspect they're meant to reduce image "borrowing", but since you're already borrowing them, that seems like a double standard. Plus, if I ever find one I really want to borrow (I've been reading your site via RSS for several months now), I'm going to bring it into photoshop, rotate it, and use it anyhow.

They're rotated and tilted because I like them that way. Any reduction in borrowing my own scans is a bonus. If you're willing to do all that work to borrow them, shoot me an email and I'll give you the original files.

And my blog posts are still messed up. :(

There's a tag in blogger called <MainOrArchivePage>, which, when wrapped around a block of html in your template, only displays that block of html on your index page and archive pages. It hides it on individual post pages. Seeing as your sidebar appears on the archive pages and index page, but not the individual pages, I'd check your template for that tag and kill 'em all without remorse.
