Sync Google Calendar with Exchange

Can I have Outlook/Exchange forward calendar events to Google calendar?

I want to have a copy of all my business appointments from Exchange show up on my Google calendar.. Is there a way to have Outlook / and or Exchange forward those appointments as they appear show they show up on my personal Google Calendar?

I am doing this so my Blackberry can have both my personal and business calendar information on it.. Am I going about this all wrong?

Help.

You can import your Outlook Calendar. But I don't think there's a way to sync between Google Calendar and Outlook 2003.

I haven't tried this or even looked at it carefully, but this guy says he did it.
