At approximately 44 seconds into the song:

Madam [X], Brigitte Bardot
Does anyone know what X is? Whatever it is, it sounds vaguely like "noon" stretched out to two syllables, although it could be one syllable slurring into an "and". Unfortunately, my Google- and Wiki-fu have been unable to turn up any sex symbols named Madam [something starting with N], so I'm at a loss; anybody got any leads?
