Shopping in the SF bay area

Shopping in the SF bay area, three questions in one.

1) What's the equivalent of Academy Outdoors in California?

2) Any good, large, arts & crafts store in the region? I am looking for a Bedazzler.

3) Looking for a good, decent priced place to buy a suit, I am a large guy, thinking about going to a Rochester Big & Tall, but I am open to other options. Since I am large but not *huge*, I am not restricted to Big&Tall stores.

I am in the area only for a couple of days, so buying online is not an option.

1) Sports Basement is a good starting place.

3) Great America Mall or whatever it's called is the south bay's premier crap-selling mall / outlet mall. I think there's an Off 5th and tons of other stuff. Doesn't really matter where you'll be, there's shopping and more shopping everywhere, so I wouldn't worry. There's Men's Warehouse locations, most likely, worst case.

2) Flax Art.

1 - You might also check out an REI store - San Francisco and Berkeley locations.

2 - You'll likely find a bedazzler at a Michael's, Beverly's or Jo-Ann's. Flax Art is a fantastic store - but it has very high end craft supplies - I don't remember ever seeing a bedazler in there. There is one of the above stores in almost every bay area suburd. There are none in San Francisco itself.

3 - My husband is on the bigger size of average and he has had good luck with well priced suiting at Banana Republic. Macy's and Nordstroms will also both have a good men's suit selection with a range of sizes, styles and prices. All of these stores can be found in all of the big shopping malls in the Bay Area.

If you're talking within the city of San Francisco:

2) Pearl Art Supply on Market Street between 5th and 6th Streets might have a Bedazzler. They have a fairly extensive craft section downstairs. I think the closest Michael's in in Emeryville, across the bay. But Michael's definitely has them.

If I could find mine in the next few days, I'd just give it to you since I hate mine.

1) In addition to REI and Sports Basement, there's also Lombardi Sports. in SF.
