Suggest some good donor fulfillment services to send out feelers to, for a 7-figure NPO fundraiser that will largely be conducted online.

As far as I know they only do political fundraising, but the people behind ActBlue have started a new company called Auburn Quad that "develops and deploys fundraising software for organizations and campaigns". They might be able to help you out, or, if they can't, point you to someone who can.

Sorry, Tlogmer, but you've not given us enough information to make an intelligent recommendation. Fufillment houses come in all sizes and capabilities, from Mom and Pop operations running out of garages, using USPS pickup services, to international automated logistics operations that take care of everything from planning your promotions to creating and sourcing your premiums, to stocking and shipping your merchandise, to follow up reporting and dispute resolution. If you're sending small media premiums on CD or DVD, capable of doing the back end processing to generate and control ship tickets, and satisfied to use something like USPS media rates, even small houses may be capable, and it's a price buy for you.

On the other hand, if you are offering various "level" premiums, and need to minimize shipping times and costs, and want the fulfillment operation to handle the whole back end transaction stream, and need independent audit capabilities, you have quite another kettle of fish on your hands. You could start with some industry trade groups, I guess, and better define your needs, as a first step.

Somewhere in the middle of the spectrum are services like iFulfill and eFullfillment.com. Further, I know of some fulfillment services California Elwyn that have a dual mission of providing employment opportunities for disadvantaged persons, and of providing low cost fulfillment services that might be of special interest to other non-profit groups.
