Anything to go by? Location? Does the whole team work at the ad agency? Any common traits/hobbies/etc?

Of course, you could pay omage to the Dude and call the team the "Little Lebowski Urban Achievers" (or just "The Achievers") and use the tag-line "And proud we are of all of them" on your shirts.

Spare Parts and Split Ends are always popular (crappy) choices.

I like meaningless, nothing-to-do-with-bowling phrases that make people smile. I was on a team once called Small Furry Mammals.

My parents' bowling team is called DILLIGAF (Does It Look Like I Give a Fuck?). Inside jokes are always a good option.

My old team used to be called the Bowl Movements. I'm a bit embarrased by it now but it seemed funny at the time.

My favorite team name in the bowling league at work is the Richard Craniums. If you gutter your first ball and then knock down all 10 pins and make the spare, that's a "Richard Cranium strike". Meaning, "You dickhead, you should've just gotten a strike."

An old roommate recently took an idea garnered from MeFi for his bowling team which I also repurposed for my Fantasy Football team: Off Constantly.

Because nobody beats Off Constantly.
