What's the cutest thing in the world?

I'm looking for a birthday present for a friend and am a little bit stuck. I want the cutest, most adoreable thing possible; my only condition is that it not be alive - no puppies or baby chicks. Any ideas?

i think anything TOKIDOKI is the cutest thing on earth!
i'm partial to the toys at the bottom of the page.

This thread has just reminded me of something...

Parapluesch [flash] is the cutest site ever, a mental hospital for cuddly toys where you can play therapist.
And you can buy them too. This may not be quite so good if you haven't played the game, but a "plush crocodile with paranoid psychosis" is cute anyway.

This in turn has reminded me that pretty much everything from My Paper Crane is incredibly cute.

Visit Pancake Meow and pick a few of Leslie's incredibly realistic scented clay edible jewelry items. I have seen (and sniffed) her stock in person and it is astonishing! How she gets clay to have little bubbles like baked cake is one of the world's cutest mysteries.
