Chubby Cheeks

What type of foods can make your cheeks chubbier ?

My face is extremely thin. My cheeks look like gone deep inside, making me look weak, old and sad.

I feel my weight is perfect for my height. I take enough fat in food but that shows on my tummy and never on my cheeks.

I tried to excercise ,filling air in mouth and putting pressure from one cheek to another but that doesn't help me. Please suggest me what foods I should eat to improve my cheeks' fat .

Please suggest me only vegeterian foods, and not exercises or pills or surgerical procedures.

Different foods will not cause fat to "go to your hips" or "go to your face" or anywhere else. I realize that there are all kinds of bullshit stories out there, but none of them stands up to any kind of biomedical scrutiny. The only way to fatten up your cheeks is likely to gain significant amounts of weight across the board. (which is probably unhealthy).

The solution: Learn to love who you are.

Get some silicone injections if it bothers you, but unless you keep the food tucked between your cheek and gum it is not going to make your cheeks fatter than the rest of you. If you put on twenty or thirty extra pounds I am sure a few will go to your cheeks.

Unless you want to consider ingesting the mumps virus (which you're probably immune against anyway), I think the others are right.

Judging by your last 3 AskMe questions, I'm gonna have to second the nuts. It's really the only way to become a giant, super-fertile sumo-squirrel. (Plus maybe some human growth hormone -- Barry Bonds has a very shapely jaw.)

Just as there is no such thing as "spot reduction", there is no "spot addition" either.

stavros: Point taken, my bad. Feel free to flag me.

Though I'm serious about the HGH. Arguably safer than gorging yourself or getting the mumps, with proven results in the cheek area.

I know it's not what you want to hear. You can't. You can add fat to your entire body, not to a specific spot; your facial appearance is genetic in origin. You might as well be asking, what kind of food makes your nose smaller.

If you are a man, maybe you can grow facial hair to disguise this somewhat?

Focus on other ways to look less "old weak and sad". Join some activities that encourage you to use your face in a more lively way; go dancing; join a theater group or take an acting class; smile more. The way your body looks is often not in your control, but the way you *act* and the attitude you convey to others is.

Search AskMeFi for questions about how to become more outgoing, friendly, popular, etc; there are often good suggestions on these topics.

Marshmallows. Just eat lots of marshmallows.

Pasta, maybe? I've heard the slang "carb face." I'm not sure this actually works, however.
