Where can I find a particular YouTube video for educators about cutting (self-harm)?

Johnny Cash's Hurt plays in the background. The opening scene is a child cutting his wrist. It's targeted to educators. It's focus is to urge them to intervene if they know a child who is a cutter or has other emotional problem. A cutter, by the way, is one who cuts his body. I've found this video before but cannot find it again. I guess this is a longshot, but any help is greatly appreciated.

Only thing I've seen about cutting was on this episode of A&E's show, Intervention. Sorry it's not what your looking for, though.

If you can get over the first minute of music this video was directed at educators. Keeping Kids Healthy: Self-Injury in Children-Cutting, Burning & Secret Scars. It resonates with reality. Not sure whose music it was though in that awkward first minute. It's a useful video in any case.
