Need to find an AdSense-style technology platform

Where can i find a small UK software company that has built almost an exact copy of Google's AdSense software?

I don't need an AdSense alternative as i'm not buying ads or selling them - just the actual trading software itself. We're looking at getting hold of an engine to modify for a TV-based application and don't want to build from scratch.

P.S. My first question after lurking for months!

You might want to talk to Active Navigation in Southampton, as they have plenty of experience with applications that require automated tagging and summarization of web pages, but I would guess you might need another partner for the side of the app that deals with payments.
