Help identify a song from Riding Giants

Help me identify this song from Riding Giants.

I'm going crazy. I can't ID the song playing in the background of the documentary Riding Giants during the interval where they interview Jeff Clark at Mavericks in Northern California.

The song clip is 2 minutes long, starts at 42:22 and ends at 44:22.

No, it isn't "Stay," by David Bowie, that song immediately precedes this song, and starts at 40:33. It's not on the soundtrack CD either.

I would describe it as being trip hop, lounge, with a women's voice floating over the top of it. Please tell me the artist, song title, album title so that I may purchase it. Thanks!
