Question: What the radio?

I'm searching for a radio program that aired on NPR about nine months ago. Clues are inside.

The title of the program may or may not have contained "Wire" as in the magazine, but maybe not. The topics included sound as music, John Cage, Brian Eno, possibly Einstürzende Neubauten, ambient sound, possibly Bang on a Can, or people like that. I'm pretty sure Steve Reich got interviewed. It may have aired on a Sunday evening. I remember being blown away by the production if that helps. Super cool people were interviewed. I'm trying to figure out what the show was (It was like Third Coast International, but I found nothing there) and if you figure that out, then whether or not I can find it online, and finally if there is a related podcast that I can subscribe to. Thanks!

Could it have been The Wire, a very excellent 8 part series from the CBC?

Episode 5 playlist mentions Eno & others. Interviews include John Cage, but not Steve Reich.

And This Third Coast page lists that episode of The Wire as an award winner, so they likely played it at some point? [Sorry for all the posts]

Along the same lines, a similar show was produced for public radio in 2003 called American Mavericks.
