Question: Blank Composition books? No rules at all!

Where can I find completely blank marble cover composition books online, or in the Chicagoland area?

In college, the bookstore carried composition books with blank pages... (no lines on the inside) and I liked to use them as sketchbooks. But since then, I haven't been able to find any. I've tried looking online, but it seems like a hard thing to search for. Anybody know where I could buy some of these?

Thanks. I'll hang up now and listen for your answer.

Have you tried searching for "sketchbooks" instead of "composition books"? I think the key distinction being sketchbooks are blank.

Roaring Springs (from PA!) makes blank composition books, along with the more traditional lined and quad ruled. Try googling for Roaring Springs Composition Books and looking through the results, I found numerous links to sites selling "blank" Roaring Springs composition books.

Can't you go to a Chicago college's bookstore? If you had them in your college bookstore (and I think I have them in mine), probably other college bookstores have them too. You usually don't need student ID to get in or to purchase school supplies.

Yeah, I suppose if I were really hard-pressed I could find the local college bookstores and go on the hunt... I was jsut trying to save myself the dissapointment if I couldn't find any. I just wanted to see if anybody had any surefire solutions. Thanks.

There are a few Dick Blick stores around town. The one that comes to mind immediately is across the parking lot from Old Navy in/near the North and Clybourn retail corridor. I think it's on Kingsbury.

I don't know for certain that they have any. Perhaps you could call them?
