Which would indicate that the group Bertrand Burgalat did the music. Their site seems abandoned, but it may give you a starting place for tracking down the song.

(Oops, looks like it's a "he" rather than a group. Which is good, because who the hell names a group "Bertrand Burgalat"???)

Burgalat is a modern legend in indie and underground circles (even here in the U.S.) among discriminating patrons of modern French pop. It's hard to go wrong with his work - investigate with impunity!
