White pants in Autumn? Are you CRAZY?!

Where to find white pants for men this time of year?

I'm posting for my father, who sings in a barbershop quartet/chorus. He needs white pants in several sizes, preferably cotton/poplin, but a poly blend would do. We're talking casual/dress casual here; they don't need to be really dressy. I checked LLBean and Land's End, nothing. I'm having trouble with "uniform" suppliers, as the pants they have are more like those you'd see in a marching band, which is not the look we're going for here.

Any ideas, folks?

I found some at Lands End, but they have a drawstring, which is pretty casual...

THey also have lots of dress casual pants in "sandstone" which is not pure white, but pretty close. I'm surprised they don't have them - they stock pants in a pretty non-seasonal manner, being catalogue merchants.

I am pretty sure that most Goodwill stores do not pay strict attention to such fashion matters as this.

Check out sites that sell LDS/Mormon temple clothing.

A few thoughts:

Surplus stores, who have a surprising array of styles of pants, not just "uniform" pants.

Stores that cater more to black men, who rock the white summer suits better than their paler brethren (and thus there may be more left over from summer.)

Stores like Marshalls/Ross, who are unloading the last of the summer pants as fast as they can right now.

The many web stores selling cruisewear. This may be too expensive, but it is probably your best bet.
