Help indentify this reggae song.

reggaefilter: Can someone identify the old reggae song excerpt at the beginning of the video of Rancid's Ruby Soho?

Its the song that is presumably playing on the boombox that Tim is carrying. Video is here on youtube. I have alot of old reggae but I cant identify this excerpt. Help me get my skank on.

Well, I didn't recognize it myself, but if you are in desperate need to clear this out, here's some info about someone who seems to have worked on the record.

I read once that it is "Give Me Power" by Lee Perry with The Stingers. Sounds like the same song to me.

JA producers reused rhythms on so many later versions that it's hard to say for sure. It might not be the exact same song, but I think it's definitely the same rhythm track.
