pack to exe

i'm looking for a utilitie that does exactly what Molebox does, that is, pack all your resources into a single executable... preferably one thats free

Ive never used it, but have you looked into UPX?

yeah, i've used upx, doesent do what i'm wanting... i want to turn an exe + 2 dll's into just 1 exe

WinRAR has advanced options to create a self-extracting archive. You can configure it to decompress silently into a temporary directory and then run the executable from there.
