whoa ... around 3.15 into spacelux's video link, that guitarist starts doing some stuff that's very hard to do ... and we're not talking in a flashy play real fast way, either ... impressive technique, worth checking out

I can't answer your question except to say that it's not a SoloEtte or a Koopal either.

But thank you for asking the question, as I've very much enjoyed watching the Joyce / Gilberto / Jobim clips and while Googling to see if I can find the answer discovered CalabashMusic, which has kept me entertained most of the evening - I'm listening to the free track of the day now. So, thanks!

(I have a SoloEtte, but mostly play a Godin these days if I need a solid-body nylon-string guitar. While I'm being unhelpful I thought I'd add that.)

Actually, I'm sure it's not an Aria. I believe spacelux nailed it. If you look at the video you can see the distinctive curve at the end of the fretboard where it meets the body. The Rama has it, but not the Aria. Thank you all for your help. The best answer award goes to spacelux!
