Need US-based Lawyer and Accountant Recommendations

Need recommendations for _good_, honest, helpful lawyers and accountants based in the US, anywhere in the US. Bonus if they have experience with internet businesses and/or S-Corps. I'm not looking for the cheapest or the most expensive options. Thanks!

My small business is taking off and I need some help with taxes and legal, which is all mumbo-jumbo to me that I don't want to waste a single moment on. Thanks!

I know you said "anywhere in the U.S." but for the most part lawyers can only practice in the state where they're licensed. Is your business based in the U.S.?

mainly i just need advice from the lawyer.

My business is an S-Corporation formed in Delaware and with operations in Washington and New York states.

Go to martindale.com, you can search by location and specialty and experience.

If you check out the martindale listings suggested by Saucy Intruder, look for the lawyers with AV ratings.

how, in general, do you evaluate a lawyer anyway?

anyone can claim to be good.

i am looking for personal recommendations, ie you have dealt with an accountant or lawyer and been satisfied.
