Who painted the little girl carrying her head?

[PictureFilter] Who painted this cute and macabre little girl?

...minus the spurts of blood, of course. It looks a little like some of Trevor Brown's art, but the picture doesn't come up in searches for him or the artists mentioned in this thread.

That would be Mark Ryden.

His stuff is great. I have a couple prints of his I need to get framed.

Well, I think it's Mark Ryden, anyway.

Yeah, it's VERY close to Ryden's style, but a little small to be able to tell. Donovan Crosby also has a similar style and there's a woman whose name I can't remember who could fit the bill as well. Tara something or other?

But if I had to pick, I'd go with Ryden.
