How to become an expatriot

What is the best way to gain citizenship in Canada, Mexico or in Europe? I am horribly dismayed at what is going on in this country and most importantly see the writing on the wall....This country is headed toward Fascism....Being gay and most likely an early target of Fascist what might be the best way to gain citizenship in Mexico, Canada, or Europe. I can conduct my business from outside of the USA with some difficulty but am willing to sacrifice that inconvenience to get the hell out of this country. Any METAS out there have any experience making this happen?
