Mysterious Island discovered with google earth

My son (nine) came across this unnamed, triangular island with airstrips and buildings using google earth. It's quite small, and almost artificial looking, like a built-up atoll. We're pretty sure they've got aliens there. KML file enclosed.

Here's the .kml file. saving it as "island.kml" and loading it into google earth will take you to the place. Any idea what this could be?

Best answer: I think it's Minami Torishima. I found it in its guise of Marcus Island here in the PCL map collection.

And at the other end of the "manmade atoll" continuum, here's Atlantis.*
*aka Male, Maldives (Indian Ocean)
