Those numbers could be for how long the TV is on instead of actively watched. I don't see how anyone could actively watch TV for 9 hours a day and managed to hold down a job. I do see how it could be on for 9 hours a day with a family member sitting down to watch it for an hour or two at a time. posted by shepd at 7:53 AM on September 2, 2006
