Help me find a hat for my big head.

I'm looking for a hat for my large (25in) head. Specifically, I'm looking for a hat like my treasured Goorin hat which doesn't seem to be in production anymore. It's more poofy than this, less poofy than this. Help a big-headed brother out.

I'm sorry I can't help, but I too have a large head so I'll be watching this thread with interest.

Having a large head is irritating to say the least, so I wish you luck in your hatquest!

I'm not sure the shape is exactly right, but this (the "fatigue cap") does come in large and extra-large sizes.

Sadly, according to their sizing chart, a 25 inch head is XX-Large.

Try Big It Up. I've found the sizes run larger-than-average. There's no sizing chart that I can find on the website, but their XL is the only nice, affordable hat that my large-headed brothers can wear.

My sweetie has a big ol' head, and he wears the Mao hat from Pearl River Mart in a size XL - scroll down to the bottom of the page for the link.

As a size 8 1/8, there is literally almost nothing I can wear, including adjustable caps of any sort. But there even bigger melons; I wear an XXL motorcycle helmet, and I found in a shop an XXXXL helmet. It was unbelievably huge. Andre the Giant's special order, perhaps. If you find something, please let us know.
