What are the lyrics to "Inspiration Information" by Shuggie Otis?

I googled partial lyrics all over the internet and found absolutely nothing. I did hear "snakeback situation" though. I listened to the song and got about half-way before the multiple voices drove me insane:

It also might also be easier to listen for the vocals by equalizing 400Hz-2000Hz higher, and downmixing to mono (if listening with headphones), but you've probably tried that.

Or maybe that post was a joke. Impossible the tell, actually, now that I look at it more carefully. The lyrics above are plausibly psychedelic, and they do seem to be more or less what ol' Shuggie is saying, but the tone of that post is a little weird.
