I have a Wordpress site hosted on www.mydomain.com/site/ and I'd like to move it to www.anotherdomain.com. What's the best way to do this?

After you follow that guide, the only thing you'll need to do is check your posts for image links that are now broken because they refer to the old domain, www.mydomain.com/site/. Also, if you still control the old place, use htaccess to permanently redirect any visitors to the new place. This helps google out too.
