Does anyone know of a really good "test your leadership style" or "test your leadership skills" quiz I can give to a group of students? It needs to be on paper or verbal...not an online test.

Look for a Myers-Briggs test you can give. There are both official versions and unofficial versions you can give and the studends could score themselves after the fact.

I can't find it, but our history teacher gave us a test in high school, in which we had to pick a manager from four resumes.

"Congratulations," he told us. "You picked Idi Amin."

The other three were similar types, who looked great on paper.
