Who drew this (somewhat NSFW) cartoon?

Someone just sent me a link to it and I think it rules, but I have no idea who drew it. The name on it says "Collins" and I did a little googling but I couldn't find any similar artists. Kinda looks like a dirtier Far Side or something.

okay i'm an idiot. i dismissed that site when i saw the superhero on the main page, apparently not noticing that his name was Captain Hard-On.
