Campsite recommendations for the Delaware River area?

I'm planning on going camping for a long weekend at the end of August with 6 to 8 people (age range is 29-35, no children). We'd like a campground that doesn't feel too crowded, is accessible by car but is tent camping only (no RVs), and is on the river.

We're also planning on taking a day trip on the river via canoe or kayak, so boating outfitter and route recomendations would also be apprecaited. Thanks!

Ringing Rocks might be up your alley. It's not right on the river, but it's close, if memory serves. Don't forget to bring a hammer.
