It's Danny Elfman's score to PeeWee's Big Adventure. This is the music that plays during the breakfast scene.

You can find it on iTunes titled "Breakfast Machine".

It's "Breakfast Machine", composed by Danny Elfman for the movie "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure" -- see it in its original context here.
More recently this scene was parodied in Family Guy -- see here.

I suddenly understand something from the Family Guy that I never understood before. Thank you em!

The Rube Goldbergian Breakfast Machine was a filmic homage to the automated kitchen in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

This is also (or at least was) available on a compilation of Elfman's film scores called "Music for a Darkened Theater". This was released in the early nineties.
