Anyone know who plays the main character in Keane's "Atlantic" video?

I tried searching around a bit to no avail. However, the dude who directed it was Irvine Welsh who wrote the book Trainspotting. I think if you looked around some die-heard Keane fan forums, you'd probably get your answer.
