Where can I find airport diagrams for non-U.S. airports?

As you might know from a previous question of mine, I enjoy flight simulation very much. I've been having great luck with airnav.com while flying inside the United States, but where can I find high quality (pdf perferrebly) airport diagrams for airport outside of the United States. Thanks in advance!

This page from VATSIM has a great list of exactly what you're looking for: VATSIM Pilot Resource Centre. Many links require registration, most of those are free.

I'm sure by now for your US flights you're aware of skyvector.com and RunwayFinder. :)

Yup, go straight to the airline simulation websites.

Also the military has plates for most of the larger airports here:
